Cancellation Policy
Please Read before Booking 🙏
Deposits are mandatory $15 and will be charged upon appointment booked.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits are valid for one month from the original appointment and do not carry over beyond that.
Hours scheduled outside of regular business hours- AFTER HOURS or SQUEEZE IN FEE (if available) is $40 ON TOP OF SERVICE COST.
Time Management: We allow a 10-minute grace period for tardiness. Appointments will be automatically canceled .
Failure to process the payment will result in inability to book in the future. Cancellations/No-shows: We must receive notification of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior. A 100% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made with less than 24 hours.
Payment Methods:
Cashapp , Google Pay, Zelle , Venmo, Credit/Debit Card (+2.6% card fee) are accepted. For optimal results, we recommend scheduling a refill every 3-4 weeks.
